Dabney got her big start in New York when her father, a highly prestiged paint roller, and her mother the fan brush brought her into the family business of house painting. She was to be the "touch-up" specialist for all of New York's upscale homeowners. Unfortunately her loud mouth got her fired from many a job before her father finally gave in and let her go to art college. It was there that she discovered her love for the canvas and was voted most likely to be brandished by the most skilled painters in the world. But unfortunately her first artist was cruel to Dabney and never used mineral spirits to clean her bristles. Fearing that she would never be used again she left the hands of all artists to strike out on her own. As luck would have it, she met Doodle and together they started Doodle Studio, a place where creativity is encouraged not just for the most talented of artists, but for all who love the world of art. |
